About Me
I am a PhD student in Management at The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, specializing in Strategy, Entrepreneurship, and Entrepreneurial Finance.
My research focuses on:
- How organizations act as entrepreneurial spawning grounds for new venture creation and growth.
- Financial and non-pecuniary returns to entrepreneurship across developed and emerging markets.
- How different financing structures affect start-up growth and sustainability.
- The impact of global talent flows on entrepreneurship, innovation and labor-market outcomes.
Before Wharton, I was a Predoctoral Fellow in the Entrepreneurial Management and Finance unit at Harvard Business School (HBS) At HBS, I led projects on the spillover effects of high-skilled immigration, peer and network effects in hiring, non-pecuniary returns to entrepreneurship, and private-equity fund behavior.
Prior to that, I completed dual MS degrees in Technology Innovation Management and Public Policy at Carnegie Mellon University (CMU), and earned my Bachelors in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU).
Outside work, I’m an astrophotographer and a high-altitude trekker. I enjoy tennis, strategy games, and skydiving, and I’m currently training toward earning my Private Pilot License (PPL).
